Welcome to the Bikebook2021 Admin Home Page, there are three stages to creating an Event:

Stage 1

Create the Event using the menu item Event Management in the Admin menu. You will need a snappy Event Name, the inclusive dates of the event and to decide whether it will be a public event that all can see or one with a restricted invite list.

This page will also show events already created and allow you to edit them if desired.

Stage 2

Create the Venues attached to the Event using the menu item Venue Management in the Admin menue. An Event can have multiple Venues attached to it that are available at any time during the event. A Venue can not have a date outside of the date range chosen for the event.

This page allows you to give a Venue name and attach it to an event. It also shows the current Venues that exists and the Events to which they are attached. You can edit venues that currently exist and delete venues if required.

Stage 3

Create the Rooms attached to the Venue. Create the number of Beds of Single or Double. Delete Rooms and Beds. You can also make a room visible or hidden and set it to be allowed Exclusive or not. If it has been set Exclusive by a participant you can remove that exclusive mark and set individual beds as avaiable or not.
